I was not sent an email receipt, as the game was free via EA Play. They said they would not be able to help me even though I gave them all the information I had. Steam support said that the game does not include a Serial Key and it should not be required to play the game, which is just false as it asked me for it in-game.ĮA Support said they wouldn't be able to verify my steam transaction, even though I sent them a picture of my transaction ID for Bad Company.
